1. Services and Availability

River Rock Landscaping provides residential and commercial landscaping services, including lawn maintenance and outdoor construction. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and a site-specific assessment. The descriptions and images on the website are for informational purposes only and may not reflect your specific project outcome.

We do our best to stay on schedule, but inclement weather, supply chain delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact the timing of your project. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

2. Service Area

We proudly serve Pierce and King County, Washington. Requests outside these areas may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may include an additional travel or service fee.

3. Estimates, Quotes, and Payments

All project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Some services may require an upfront deposit before work begins.

Accepted payment methods include [cash, check, and credit/debit card]. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon services unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

We are committed to quality workmanship. Most landscaping installations come with a 6-month workmanship guarantee. This does not apply to natural wear and tear, acts of nature, client misuse, or conditions outside our control (such as plant survival or irrigation issues unless we installed the system).

6. Property Access & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the job site during scheduled service times. This includes unlocking gates, removing obstacles, and securing pets. If access is restricted or delayed, additional charges may apply.

We are not responsible for damage to underground lines, irrigation systems, or utility wiring that is not clearly marked or disclosed prior to work starting.

7. Limitation of Liability

River Rock Landscaping is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

The website is provided “as is,” and we make no guarantees regarding its accuracy, availability, or performance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logo, designs, and graphics — is the property of River Rock Landscaping. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any materials from this site without our written permission, including photos of completed work.
